My name is Lisa Giesbrecht, mother of two daughters, former AP Biology teacher, and an IFBB Pro Bodybuilder. I’m a personal trainer who wants to help you achieve your goals. I’m here to motivate you, teach you, inspire you, and help you be the best person you can be inside and out!

My years of training and competing at the highest level has been invaluable, and I want to pass that knowledge on to you.  I want to challenge you and help you attain your goals. I truly believe this fitness journey will be the most empowering process you will ever experience.

With over 10 years of contest training and 20 shows under my belt, I am well qualified to help people achieve any fitness or nutrition goal. In addition, I am an ISSA certified personal trainer, sports nutritionist and strength and conditioning coach. I pride myself in paying attention to your individual goals and realizes everyone has different needs, body types, and lifestyles. By taking these factors into account, I will create your custom program designed for maximum results. I have been coached by three IFBB Pro Female Bodybuilders and I have worked with George Farah, one of the worlds top nutrition coaches.

I teach clients proper weight training technique and safety. I want them to develop a mind muscle connection, understand why they are doing the exercises, and ultimately become stewards of fitness.
